Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Of course. Your Doorbell account is billed on a month to month basis – upgrade or downgrade your account at any time and the changes will be registered on your next month’s bill. No contracts, no fuss.

Is my data safe?

We have done everything to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your private information. We back up our data daily and have various secure sites. In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure, we will be able recover the data from the back-up.

Can I export my data if I change my mind?

It is easy and fast to import and export contact lists to and from your Doorbell at any time.
