What’s up? This area gives you access to all the important information about a person or company. To add a note or task to a contact’s profile simply click into the white field and start typing.

Fast access to all your contacts

The contact list puts you a quick click away from the people and companies you are looking for. The real-time search bar makes it easy to find contacts in large lists and helps you filter your contacts with tags that you and your teams have assigned.

Navigating Doorbell

Doorbell’s main navigation bar allows you to swiftly switch between the application’s four main sections: Contacts, Tasks, Opportunities and Groups. The small triangular pointer indicates where you’re at currently.

Vital background information

Is he a vegetarian? How is she connected to our company? Do they prefer to be contacted by mail or by phone? This area helps you to ‘memorize’ the vital bits of information that help build lasting relationships.

Contact Quick Info

This area gives you convenient access to vital contact information such as phone numbers and E-mail addresses. The "Show All" link brings up all additional contact information such as street addresses and other details.

Dynamic History Tabs For Easy Navigation

The dynamic history tabs above the contact profile viewer keep track of the latest contacts, tasks, opportunities, and groups you’ve looked at. This makes it simple and quick to click back to important information.

Company Name

The label on the far right of the main navigation bar indicates which company’s Doorbell you are currently surfing. In case you own or work with multiple companies you can switch between each company’s Doorbell via the ‘Applications’ menu in the Smibs bar above. Every company’s data set is stored separately and securely.

Its Easy to Add People to Doorbell

Add contacts manually or via import

Doorbell makes it easy to add people or companies. You can either add individual contacts manually or import individually or an entire list. Currently we support import for vCard, Outlook, and Act. More import formats will follow soon.

Enter all personal information quick and easy

Doorbell’s layout makes adding contacts a snap. All of the important fields are organized to make entering contacts as easy as possible. And if you have your contact already in digital form, Doorbell can import them.
