Doorbell groups and tags make organizing even a thousand clients
a snap. With groups you can keep track of who received which mailing
or who should get a Christmas card, and tags are a quick solution for
flexible categorization.

Organize contacts by group
This list displays the groups you have created to make sense of your
company’s contact list. For example, you can group contacts by industry,
or maintain a group that lets you know who needs to receive a Christmas card!
Click the green ‘Add a Group’ button at the bottom of the list to start a new category.
One click to execute group actions
Group actions enable you to delete all of the contacts in a Group
from your Doorbell in one quick click. Be careful – this option is
permanent! If you only want to delete a single contact, do so through
the group contact list display. You can also export your group contact list as a VCard.
